The J&J barrels are well made barrels, extremely light, somewhere between and aluminum and carbon fiber barrel, but they don't hold up as well as an aluminum or a newer carbon fiber, i have a 12 inch barrel for my A5, its accurate, i shot a friend from head to toe at about 30 yards out but i noticed the honing on the inside of the barrel isn't that great, it doesn't have that mirror finish you get with something such as a CP barrel or even a Trinity Barrel and is a vast difference between the shine within my Shaft 3 Etek barrel. The finish also chips easily. On the other hand it is a nice looking barrel, looks great on a mil-sim or rec marker whereas the CP classic looks goofy on anything but a speedball gun, also it does self clean pretty decent which is huge ups when running with something like a tippy or other guns without eyes, all in all a decent barrel that will suit that needs to any rec baller or newer player..................*****Note from Paintball Discounters: J&J barrels have a ceramic teflon coating providing a smooth, slick bore.
