this is a great pod pack for the price. The Velcro belt strap fits snug and keeps your pack in place. I have used this pack for about a year now and One of the velcro straps has lost its strength. I have beat this pack though so it isn't surprising that it would break down. One thing that is a bonus is that it fits dye lock lids well. If you like lock lids you know that some packs have to small of pockets for the bigger size pods
