FREE ECONOMY GROUND SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $99

Good for internet orders only. Our new Economy Ground Shipping offers the price conscious shopper a Free shipping method for orders over $99.  This method uses a combination of ground carriers to maximize savings and may take 3-10 days for delivery. 

The following exceptions apply:

• APO / FPO, international, and phone orders are excluded.
• Good only in the 48 contiguous United States.
• You must use the appropriate shipping method on checkout. If you do not use the appropriate method, no refund will be granted. 
• Refused orders will be subject to a $20 handling fee - please order accordingly.
• Some sale items may be excluded.
• Cases of paint are excluded from Economy Ground Shipping and may include up to a $7.50 handling fee per case.
• Other heavy items including water may be excluded on a case by case basis due to weight or may include a handling fee.
• Airsoft BBs may include a handling fee of $1 per bag due to weight.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING SALE - STARTING AT $7.95 FOR ORDERS UP TO $99

Good for internet orders only. Take advantage of our online Flat Rate Shipping Sale for orders up to $99.  This method uses either UPS, FedEx or US Mail and the selection is at our discretion.

Upgrade from Economy to UPS Ground on orders over $99 for only $9.99.  Now you can upgrade any order over $99 to UPS ground shipping for only $9.99.

General Shipping Policies & Information (applies to all shipping methods except where otherwise noted): 

• Most orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are shipped the same day.
• Most other orders are shipped within 24 hours (or the next possible business day).
• All shipping times are quoted in business days. Orders received on weekends or holidays will typically ship the next business day.
• A Tracking number will be e-mailed to you (when applicable) after your order ships, you may need to check your SPAM folder for this e-mail (it is sent directly from the shipping company).
• Orders can be placed online or by calling 614.784.2656 during normal business hours. We are as equally happy to take your order over the phone with a customer service representative at your disposal.
• You must choose the appropriate shipping method upon checkout. If you choose the wrong method, no refunds will be granted.

• In rare instances we may need to contact you regarding your selected shipping method. We will attempt to contact you via phone and/or e-mail as quickly as possible. In some instances Air (Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day) shipments may be subject to an additional charge based on the final weight and dimensions of your package.
• Delivery Confirmation Services may be added to shipments at the discretion of Paintball Discounters, FedEx, The United States Postal Service and UPS.
