Returns
We accept returns on new merchandise in accordance with the following unless otherwise stated:
- All returns must be authorized with a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) - obtained by calling 614.784.2656
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of package. For holiday season purchases returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, or January 15th, whichever is longer.
- No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly visible on the outside of the package. An RMA number can be obtained by contacting the Paintball Discounters Customer Service Staff at (614) 784-2656 Mon-Fri 11am-7pm EST.
- Amazon.com customers may also request an RMA number online through the Amazon.com customer service dashboard.
- A 20% restocking fee may be applied to all returned goods. To mitigate restocking fees please ensure that returned goods are in like new resalable condition with original factory packaging. When returning package items for a refund all components and accessories must be returned. If you are returning a defective single component of a package for warranty replacement it is only necessary to return the individual item.
- Defective goods will be repaired or replaced within the limitations of the manufacturer's warranty. For fastest resolution of a defective item claim we recommend contacting the manufacturer for warranty service.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer on all returns/exchanges. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at our expense only if an error was made on our part.
- For returns with product value over $100 we recommend insuring the package for its value and shipping with tracking confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipment.
- Paintballs are a perishable product and as such are non-returnable and non-refundable. To file a claim for paintballs damaged in shipment contact the Paintball Discounters Customer Service Staff within 24 hours of receipt.
- Any claim for missing items must be made by contacting the Paintball Discounters Customer Service Staff within 24 hours of receipt.
